What the lookup returns

Every contractor has a base record. Two breakdowns thin from there.

All 5,000 contractors in this directory have a base entry with a UEI and lifetime total. Coverage narrows from there: not every contractor has a per-state award breakdown on file, and not every contractor has a per-agency award breakdown.
