Dollar figures and ranks are read live from this portal's copy of the USAspending.gov data when the table loads, so a saved entity never shows a stale number. Contractor totals are lifetime prime obligations on the recipient ID; agency, industry and state totals are calendar-2024 award dollars. The two are not comparable to each other, only within a type. A contractor shows “not reported” under 2019 → 2024 when it is a parent recipient: the calendar-year series published upstream is keyed to child recipient records, and attributing a child's annual figure to its parent would understate it by orders of magnitude, so no figure is shown at all.
