This is the public receipt log for material corrections and methodology changes after publication. The editorial & corrections policy explains how to report an issue. Entries are dated, describe the affected surface, and identify whether the change corrected our processing or reflected an upstream source revision.

This log starts with its publication. We do not backfill older entries without a corroborated public record. Future material corrections will appear here after verification and publication.
What a correction receipt records
Each material entry will state the publication date, the affected page or dataset, the source record checked, and whether the change fixes our processing or follows an upstream revision. A receipt will explain the reader-visible effect without republishing sensitive correspondence.
Routine source refreshes that do not correct a previously published figure are not presented as corrections. Unverified reports are investigated through the policy process but are not listed here as confirmed changes.
